Interview with Amanda Rosewarne, CEO of the CPD Standards Office

Over the past two decades her career has focused on training & CPD. She is passionate about the effectiveness of professional development and making people employable regardless of their career stage.

Amanda’s background is in occupational psychology and her expertise lies within Continuing Professional Development (CPD), lifelong learning, training and professional development.

As an organisational psychologist practitioner, she has advised hundreds of organisations on providing CPD activities and schemes, and 11 years ago I founded the CPD Research Project, based at Kingston University.


Her organisation, the Professional Development Consortium, which houses the CPD Research Project and The CPD Standards Office aims to raise the quality of CPD provision across all sectors and ultimately create a positive experience of CPD activities by raising CPD standards with our accreditation services.
