‘Publish and go’ is not a social media strategy. If you really want to be successful on social media you need to commit to conversation.
Social media is designed for two-way conversation. I understand that it can be daunting to promote and encourage a dialogue with the public but there are ways to do it that don’t put you in the direct line of fire.
