Opening Session
We are starting where we need to, I believe, when it comes to great digital communications, with leadership.

We then hear from Professor Stephen Morreale, Chair of the Criminal Justice Department at Worcester State University in Massachusetts, Boston. His case study will inspire you. Steve received the Distinguished Service Award from the Secretary of U.S. Health and Human Services for his role in responding and leading a team of agents to assist in disaster relief and recovery at the site of the World Trade Centre
attacks on September 11, 2001.
To develop this theme further and get the practice from the frontline we then have a panel discussion with Antoinette Cunningham, General Secretary of the Association of Garda Sergeants & Inspectors; and Emma Finn, Head of Internal Communications with the HSE. Steve and Tom will join this panel also.
