Current Issues?
If you have any issues that Meta Support Pro cannot help you with, then we can support you. BUT going through Meta Support Pro must be your first port of call, then you provide us with your Case ID.
Finally, good news from Meta
Meta understands the difficulty of public sector staff accessing work Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts with personal emails. They are currently working on a new solution where you would be able to access work accounts using a work email. I will keep you updated on when this is available to all. But once again, this is great news, as it has been a major issue.
